School Management System

Run the whole school
from one platform.

A school website, a management system, and apps for parents and teachers — one platform and one database, built around how your school already works.

6
parts, one platform
14
modules

Six parts. One source of truth.

Office, classroom and home work from the same records. A mark entered by a teacher is the mark a parent sees and the mark in the principal’s report.

  1. 01

    School website

The school’s public front door — admissions, notices, events and galleries, edited by your own staff.

  2. 02

    Management web application

Students, staff, attendance, timetables, examinations and fees, run from one place.

  3. 03

    Parent & student app

Attendance, results, homework, fee status and notices — on the phone a parent already carries.

  4. 04

    Teacher & staff app

Attendance, marks entry, homework and parent messages, in a few taps between periods.

  5. 05

    Administrative dashboard

Today’s attendance, fee collection and exam performance at a glance, for the principal and management.

  6. 06

One database, one set of reports

Every module reads and writes the same records, so a number never differs between two screens.

Every office routine, digitised.

14 modules covering admissions to report cards. Open any card to see exactly what it covers.

Teacher AI
  1. Teacher: Analyse the 8-B science results.

UDISE+ and RTE, built in.

Every student’s record is kept the way UDISE+ asks for it, so your yearly UDISE+ entry starts from data you already have.

UDISE+

  • UDISE+ fields and codes

Each student’s details and yearly record follow the official UDISE+ Data Capture Format, item by item, with the official code for every choice — medium of instruction, previous class and status, result and % marks, days attended, height and weight, distance from home, parents’ education, NCC / NSS / Scouts and Guides, and competitions.

  • Less typing

For students who were at your school last year, previous class and days attended are filled in from your own class lists and attendance.

  • PEN, APAAR ID and transfer status

Each student’s PEN and APAAR ID are tracked on their record, with their UDISE+ transfer status.

  • UDISE+ import, export and cross-check

Import and export UDISE+ files, and check your records against UDISE+ data.

  • Readiness reports

See what’s missing before you upload, so nothing is found short on the portal.

  • Updated every year

UDISE+ code lists are kept for each year and checked against each year’s new format.

  • Year-by-year history

See each student’s record for every year, from admission to leaving.

  • Health data kept private

Height and weight are stored encrypted.

RTE Act · Section 12(1)(c)

RTE compliance

25% of seats, admitted by the rules, claimed in full.

  • Section 12(1)(c) admissions

RTE Section 12(1)(c) admissions are marked on each student’s record, with the amount claimed from the government.

  • Admission follows RTE rules

No screening for Classes 1–8, no refusal for missing documents, and no delay for a pending Transfer Certificate.

  • 25% seats, claims and reports

RTE 25% seat tracking, reimbursement claims and RTE reports.

Compliance you can prove. Governance you can see.

UDISE+ and RTE compliance comes from the records your staff already keep — and every action on them is on the record, so the school can show an inspector, the board or the government exactly what happened, and when.

  • Every user action, logged

Who did it, what changed and when — for every action, by every user, across the school.

  • Append-only, never rewritten

Log entries are added, never edited or deleted, by anyone. What happened stays as it happened.

  • Closed years stay closed

Once a year is closed, its attendance, fees and records can’t be changed by anyone, so the figures you reported are the figures you keep.

  • Ready when you are asked

Show who did what, and when, for any record — answered from the log, not rebuilt from files.

Every person sees only what is theirs.

Access is role-based across 7 roles. A parent sees their own child; an accountant sees fees, not marks; a teacher sees the classes they teach.

Indicative prices, effective October 2026, exclusive of GST. The final quote follows once the modules your school needs are confirmed. Priced in rupees, for schools in India.

Charges set by other providers — hosting, WhatsApp and SMS message rates, professional email, payment gateway, domain, SSL, app-store fees and other third-party services — are paid by the school, at the provider’s rates.

Asked by every principal.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How much does the school management system cost?

Premium is priced per student, per month, with a platform maintenance fee covering the first three years, a one-time setup fee, and annual support maintenance. We quote it for your school on request, once we know your student count and the modules you need. Standard, the school website, has a published price.

How much is the school website?

Standard is ₹50,000 + GST one time — Website ₹25,000 + GST and CMS & admin panel ₹25,000 + GST — and ₹7,000 + GST for annual support maintenance. Professional email is extra, at the per-mailbox rate.

Does Premium include the website?

No. Premium is the school management system — administration, academics, attendance, fees and communication — with the parent and teacher apps. The public-facing website is the Standard plan. A school that wants both adds Standard to Premium; the website then runs on the same platform, so its notices, events and admission enquiries sit alongside the school’s own records.

What does Enterprise cost?

Enterprise is Premium with integrations — accounting software, the Google platform or other third-party services — or custom design. It is quoted on requirement.

Can we have the apps on Apple and Android phones?

Yes. Mobile phone apps — Apple & Android can be added to any plan for ₹40,000 + GST one time. One price covers both platforms; app-store fees are paid by the school.

Can students and staff mark attendance with an RFID ID card?

Yes. RFID ID cards for attendance can be added to Premium or Enterprise as a paid module, priced on the reader system and card type chosen. Cards can be issued to students, to staff, or to both.

Can staff attendance use face recognition?

Yes. Face recognition staff attendance can be added to Premium or Enterprise as a paid module, priced on the recognition system chosen. It records into the same attendance module as every other method.

Can parents, teachers and management ask the system questions in plain language?

Yes. AI assistant for parents, teachers & management can be added to Premium or Enterprise as a paid module, priced on the AI features chosen. It answers only within each person’s role: a parent can ask about their own child, a teacher about the classes they teach, and management across the school. Nothing the AI reads or drafts is saved or shared until a teacher has reviewed it.

What is not included in the price?

Charges set by other providers — hosting, WhatsApp and SMS message rates, professional email, payment gateway, domain, SSL, app-store fees and other third-party services — are paid by the school, at the provider’s rates.

What does annual support maintenance cover?

Bug fixes, security updates, monitoring, backups and minor enhancements. On Premium it includes 12 support calls a year, one a month.

How long does it take to go live?

12–18 weeks for the complete platform, from requirement analysis to training. The final timeline depends on the modules selected and on school staff being available to validate requirements and test.

Do we have to change how our school works to fit the software?

No. It is built around your school’s actual workflows — the requirement analysis at the start exists to map them — rather than asking the school to adapt to a generic package.

Does it support UDISE+ and RTE?

Yes. Student records follow the official UDISE+ Data Capture Format, with the official code for every choice, PEN and APAAR ID tracking, UDISE+ file import and export, and a readiness report before you upload. RTE Section 12(1)(c) admissions are marked on each record, with 25% seat tracking, reimbursement claims and RTE reports.

Can we see who changed a record, and when?

Yes. Every user action is logged — who did it, what changed and when — in an append-only log whose entries are never edited or deleted. Once a year is closed, its attendance, fees and records can’t be changed by anyone.

Who can see what?

Access is role-based, across 7 roles from school administrator to student. Each person reaches only the functions relevant to their role.

Let’s map it to your school.

Tell us how your school runs today. We’ll show you how the platform fits, and quote against the modules you actually need.
