Survey platform for building, distributing, and analysing questionnaires with real-time response dashboards. Rebuilt on a Go service over an embedded SQLite database, with a Vue 3 and TypeScript single-page front end, containerised alongside our other sites on one virtual machine. What this project sets out to do
Two objectives drove this build. First, speed — from idea to delivery: a survey should go from a thought to collecting responses in minutes, with building, sharing, and analysing compressed into one fast flow. Second, embedding — clients can embed the survey form directly in their own web application, and view the data collection through a separate, token-secured embed link — so both collection and results live wherever the client works, without anyone logging into the platform.

Surveys people actually complete
Respondent experience comes first: clean, fast forms that work on any device, with no login required to answer. The free Basic plan needs no card and includes 1,000 responses across unlimited surveys.
Survey command centre
Every campaign in one place — draft, published, closed and archived states, live submission counts, and one-click actions to edit, publish, share, analyse, export, or close any survey. Every share link can be revoked as easily as it was issued.
18 question types
The builder covers the basics — multiple choice, checkbox, open text, dropdown, numeric range, star rating, scale — and the advanced set: Likert, NPS, yes/no, rank order, matrix grids, image choice, and file or photo uploads.
Built for survey teams
Live results and charts on every plan; Pro adds spreadsheet export enriched with telemetry metadata — device type, location, time-to-complete — side-by-side reporting, and up to ten team members. Colleagues are invited by email and confirm the address with a six-digit code before the account opens.

Embeddable forms & secure data access
On Pro, publish a form link with open/close date windows and embed it straight into your own web application — respondents fill it in place, no login. A separate private, token-secured link shares the live results with anyone who needs them, and lets your team search, paginate, and download every response.

Three tiers, published in full: Basic free with 1,000 responses and one seat, Pro at ₹1,500/month in India or $19 elsewhere for 50,000 responses and ten seats, and Enterprise scoped and priced against the agreed build. No hidden fees.
